Event:
On
10th, December, 2015, leaders from Wafangdian Bearing Group
Corp.(hereby abbreviated as WBGC ) visited Zhejiang Minghe Steel Pipe Co., Ltd.
(hereby abbreviated as MH).
Background:
WBGC
was established in 1938, and ranges a high level in the bearing industry (No. 1
in mainland China, and No.12 internationally).
Two
months ago, WBGC heard that MH produced big diameter bearing tubes are widely
applied in eastern China, so WBGC made a research to compare the cost between
pipe and casting. The result is applying big diameter bearing pipe can save 20%
cost theoretically.
Fruits:
Through
the visit and meeting, WBGC feel satisfied about production management and quality
control, and have reached initial cooperation intention, and have placed the
test order. Once the test order proved to be qualified, WBGC will widely use
big diameter to replace the traditional casting, and induce MH to be an
important supplier.
The
change of WBGC will be a big event for the big diameter bearing industry in
domestic market.
